COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1788-CN2DN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beijer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the G306A000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV66420AA110AX1 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E900TD by Manufacturer Beijer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Panasonic Brand AIG32TQ02D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as NT31ST123BV3 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP570LG2124VGP570LG2124V made by Fanuc as well as the popular 2711PRDK10CB original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A05B2266C10SGL by Fanuc and NT31ST123BV3 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0084C101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
